KazNU Distance Learning (Moodle) Web Services

The university's distance-learning platform runs Moodle at dl.kaznu.edu.kz, on the institution's own kaznu.edu.kz domain, with the Moodle Web Services REST endpoint enabled — an unauthenticated request returns a Moodle invalidtoken exception rather than a 404, which is how the service announces itself as switched on. Token-gated, with no published token issuance process, so this is recorded as an institution-operated surface rather than a consumable API. Moodle's own function contract belongs to Moodle and is not saved here.
