Spotdraft Vocabulary
Operational and capability vocabulary for the SpotDraft Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform. Captures the core concepts exposed across the Public API (v1, v2, v2.1) — contracts, templates, counterparties, approvals, workflows, clickwrap agreements, webhooks, recipients, metadata, obligations, notes, and analytics — plus operational dimensions such as regional clusters, versioning, and authentication.

Updated 2026-05-25
SpotDraft Vocabulary is a controlled vocabulary published by SpotDraft on the APIs.io network, defining 41 terms.
The terms are organized into 5 groups — domains, concepts, operations, regions, and authentication.
Defined terms include Contract Lifecycle Management, Electronic Signature, Negotiation and Collaboration, Governance and Compliance, and Workflow Integration.
A controlled vocabulary pins the words an API’s schemas, parameters and documentation use to one agreed definition each — the shared language a human or an agent needs to read the API the same way its authors do.
