US Core Data for Interoperability (USCDI)

The United States Core Data for Interoperability (USCDI) is a standardized set of health data classes and data elements, published and versioned by the ONC, that health IT must be able to exchange for nationwide interoperability. It defines what data (allergies, medications, problems, lab results, clinical notes, provenance, and more) must move; the US Core FHIR implementation guide defines how. USCDI expands on a predictable schedule, ratcheting the interoperability floor upward.

Providers that carry USCDI 7

These providers' own APIs.json profiles carry USCDI as a tag — the provider's statement that the standard is part of what it does. APIs.io has not verified the implementation on this page; the de facto profiles on this site are where that measurement exists. Ordered by Kin Score.

Read from the API Evangelist standards directory, facts verified 2026-08-17. Provider links come from the catalog's own identity tags and are rebuilt nightly. If this page is wrong about a standard or a provider, say so.
