Server-Sent Events

Server-Sent Events (SSE) is a WHATWG-standardized mechanism for servers to push a stream of text-based events to clients over a single long-lived HTTP connection. The browser EventSource API consumes the text/event-stream media type with automatic reconnection.

Providers that carry Server-Sent Events 2

These providers' own APIs.json profiles carry Server-Sent Events as a tag — the provider's statement that the standard is part of what it does. APIs.io has not verified the implementation on this page; the de facto profiles on this site are where that measurement exists. Ordered by Kin Score.
