Real Estate Transaction Standard (RETS)

RETS, the Real Estate Transaction Standard, is the XML-based protocol that carried multiple listing service data between systems for roughly two decades before the RESO Web API replaced it. Version 1.8 is the last widely-deployed revision. RESO formally retired it in favour of an OData-based successor, and it remains in production at major data distributors years afterward.

These providers' own APIs.json profiles carry RETS as a tag — the provider's statement that the standard is part of what it does. APIs.io has not verified the implementation on this page; the de facto profiles on this site are where that measurement exists. Ordered by Kin Score.
