RESO Web API

The RESO Web API is the Real Estate Standards Organization’s OData-based standard for moving property listing data between multiple listing services, brokers, portals and applications. Core 2.0.0 shipped in January 2021 and 2.1.0 in December 2023. Together with the RESO Data Dictionary that defines the fields, it replaced the older RETS protocol, and NAR Policy Statement 7.90 makes certification compulsory for association-owned MLSs — the only industry-imposed machine-readable mandate of its kind.

Providers that carry RESO Web API 1

These providers' own APIs.json profiles carry RESO Web API as a tag — the provider's statement that the standard is part of what it does. APIs.io has not verified the implementation on this page; the de facto profiles on this site are where that measurement exists. Ordered by Kin Score.

Read from the API Evangelist standards directory, facts verified 2026-08-17. Provider links come from the catalog's own identity tags and are rebuilt nightly. If this page is wrong about a standard or a provider, say so.
