DMTF Redfish
Redfish is the DMTF’s RESTful, JSON, schema-backed API standard for managing server and data-center hardware — power, thermals, firmware, inventory, boot and out-of-band management — designed to replace IPMI with an interface built for scale-out infrastructure.
