OMOP Common Data Model
The Observational Medical Outcomes Partnership Common Data Model is a standardized relational schema and vocabulary for observational health data, stewarded by the OHDSI community. It normalizes claims, EHR and registry data into one shape so that an analysis written once can run unchanged against another institution’s database — the federated-analytics answer to moving patient data.
Also known as OMOP, OHDSI CDM, Common Data Model.
Providers that carry OMOP CDM 0
No provider in the catalog carries this standard as a tag yet. That is a statement about the catalog's tagging, not about adoption: a provider that implements OMOP CDM and says so in its APIs.json profile appears here on the next build. Add or correct a listing.
Read from the API Evangelist standards directory. Provider links come from the catalog's own identity tags and are rebuilt nightly. If this page is wrong about a standard or a provider, say so.
