Nextflow
Nextflow is a workflow language and runtime for data-driven computational pipelines, created in 2013 at the Centre for Genomic Regulation and now developed by Seqera Labs. Pipelines are portable across laptops, HPC schedulers and cloud batch services without modification, and the nf-core project curates a community library of production genomics workflows written in it.
Also known as nf-core, Nextflow DSL2.
Providers that carry Nextflow 0
No provider in the catalog carries this standard as a tag yet. That is a statement about the catalog's tagging, not about adoption: a provider that implements Nextflow and says so in its APIs.json profile appears here on the next build. Add or correct a listing.
Read from the API Evangelist standards directory. Provider links come from the catalog's own identity tags and are rebuilt nightly. If this page is wrong about a standard or a provider, say so.
