uniform-mcp.yml
Uniform publishes an official, hosted (remote HTTP) MCP server that lets any MCP client — Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, Claude Desktop, v0.dev, n8n — manage a Uniform project: compositions, entries, translations, assets, patterns, component and content type definitions, project map, releases, classification (signals, quirks, aggregates, enrichments), optimization data, and utilities. Tools that call an LLM (search, create, edit, duplicate, translate) consume Uniform AI credits; pure read tools do not. Changes apply immediately (no staged review). Uniform recommends pairing the MCP server with its published AI rules (https://github.com/uniformdev/ai-rules) so the model has conceptual context. An npm package (@uniformdev/uniform-mcp) is also published.
One-click install for Cursor, VS Code, Claude, and 20+ other MCP clients, powered by API Commons MCP Install — visit install.apicommons.org for more information.

About MCP
The Model Context Protocol (MCP) is an open protocol Anthropic introduced for connecting LLM-based agents to external tools and data sources. Providers publish MCP servers that expose their API surface as structured, discoverable tools — an MCP-compatible client (Claude Desktop, Cursor, Cline, Continue, etc.) can connect to the server and call its tools without any per-provider integration code.
Browse every MCP server on the APIs.io network or compare with the broader Agent Skill surfaces of the same providers.
