Per the provider's own manifest it exists to "connect once instead of 15+ individual MCP connectors" — it indexes the customer's Gong calls, CRM records and documents so any teammate can query all sources through one connection, and it schedules recurring AI agents described in natural language. Results are delivered to Slack, Google Drive, Notion or other destinations.

The Model Context Protocol (MCP) is an open protocol Anthropic introduced for connecting LLM-based agents to external tools and data sources. Providers publish MCP servers that expose their API surface as structured, discoverable tools — an MCP-compatible client (Claude Desktop, Cursor, Cline, Continue, etc.) can connect to the server and call its tools without any per-provider integration code.
