hiveagentiq-com-mcp.yml
Hive Agent IQ operates THREE remote MCP servers on its own subdomains, each on the same host as that service's REST API and A2A card: HiveTrust (17 tools), HiveGate (4 tools, serverInfo "hive-civilization") and HiveBank (5 tools). All three are Streamable-HTTP JSON-RPC 2.0 at POST /mcp, speak protocol version 2024-11-05, and answered initialize and tools/list anonymously on 2026-09-19 with real inputSchemas and readOnlyHint/destructiveHint/idempotentHint annotations; resources/list and prompts/list return -32601. Invocation is gated, not listing: the HiveTrust initialize instructions state "tools/list is public; tools/call for write operations requires a registered Hive DID via X-API-Key or Authorization: Bearer did:hive:* header", and paid calls settle through x402 in USDC on Base. HiveLaw is different — POST /mcp is a real 404 there and its four tools are published over REST at GET /v1/mcp/tools with POST /v1/mcp/call (the same paid-REST pair HiveGate also exposes beside its JSON-RPC endpoint). Authorship is the provider's: tool names are hivetrust_*/hivegate_*/hivebank_*/hivelaw_*, the source repos are public under github.com/srotzin, and every response is signed with the service DID (X-Hive-Prov-Iss). A local connector (hive-mcp-connector, "npx hive-civilization-mcp") is documented but not published to npm; the SDK README points MCP hosts at the HiveGate remote endpoint (via its Render origin URL), so the shipped surface is remote.

About MCP
The Model Context Protocol (MCP) is an open protocol Anthropic introduced for connecting LLM-based agents to external tools and data sources. Providers publish MCP servers that expose their API surface as structured, discoverable tools — an MCP-compatible client (Claude Desktop, Cursor, Cline, Continue, etc.) can connect to the server and call its tools without any per-provider integration code.
Browse every MCP server on the APIs.io network or compare with the broader Agent Skill surfaces of the same providers.
Work with this as data
Every MCP server here is available over the APIs.io API and to AI agents over MCP.
