GSA's Technology Transformation Services (GSA-TTS) is one of the few federal publishers shipping MCP servers, and two of them wrap GSA's OWN APIs: the GSA Per Diem API and the Regulations.gov API. Both are real, first-party code with named tools. Neither is reachable as a public remote endpoint: the per diem server runs over stdio from a cloned repository, and the Regulations.gov server is a container image that the GSA-managed obot MCP gateway hosts per-user behind that gateway, with no published public URL. GSA-TTS also runs a broader hub catalog and a federal-data registry, but the remaining ~28 servers there wrap OTHER agencies' APIs (NIH, CDC, EPA, FEMA, Census, BLM, NOAA) and are not GSA API surfaces.

About MCP
The Model Context Protocol (MCP) is an open protocol Anthropic introduced for connecting LLM-based agents to external tools and data sources. Providers publish MCP servers that expose their API surface as structured, discoverable tools — an MCP-compatible client (Claude Desktop, Cursor, Cline, Continue, etc.) can connect to the server and call its tools without any per-provider integration code.
Browse every MCP server on the APIs.io network or compare with the broader Agent Skill surfaces of the same providers.
Work with this as data
Every MCP server here is available over the APIs.io API and to AI agents over MCP.
