Flexpa ships two first-party remote MCP servers on api.flexpa.com. The patient MCP server (/mcp) is OAuth-protected and exposes a patient's claims and clinical record as tools; the Endpoint Directory MCP server (/mcp/directory) is public, unauthenticated, and exposes the payer/provider directory. Both are Streamable HTTP endpoints an MCP client POSTs to directly - there is no stdio package.

About MCP

The Model Context Protocol (MCP) is an open protocol Anthropic introduced for connecting LLM-based agents to external tools and data sources.
