enquiry_describe — Read first. States what submit_enquiry does - starts an enquiry with human providers who quote directly; nothing is bought, no quote is guaranteed, it is free. Returns who receives the details, the consent wording and how the person confirms.
enquiry_fields — Every field of the enquiry - key, label, type, whether required, help text and allowed options. Answers are passed to submit_enquiry keyed by field key.
submit_enquiry — Submits an enquiry (NOT a purchase, NOT a guaranteed quote) in two steps - first answers plus consent=true returns a summary, consent line and confirmation token; then the token. The site emails the person a confirmation link and only that click passes the enquiry to a provider.
