Coin Railz MCP Server

Coin Railz operates a remote MCP server on its primary domain: POST https://coinrailz.com/mcp with {jsonrpc:2.0, method:tools/list} returned 80 tools with inputSchema and outputSchema, anonymously (GET /mcp answers 405 'MCP transport only supports POST requests at /mcp'). Discovery documents at /.well-known/mcp.json, /.well-known/mcp-server.json and /.well-known/server-card.json name a non-standard tools_list/tools_call REST pair as well. Tool CALLS are paid: each tool description carries its USDC price and calls need an X-API-KEY (cr_live_ prepaid credits, free $5 trial at GET /api/m2m/credits/trial) or an x402 X-PAYMENT header. A local stdio server also ships as the PyPI package coinrailz-mcp (python -m coinrailz_mcp, 63 tools, COINRAILZ_API_KEY env) from github.com/tdnupe3/mcp-server-coinrailz. The full tools/list response is saved verbatim in coinrailz-com-mcp-tools-list.json.

Connect

This is a remote MCP server — point an MCP client at the endpoint URL. Clients with native remote support (Claude, Cursor, VS Code, …):

# mcp client config (e.g. .mcp.json / mcp settings) { "mcpServers": { "coinrailz-com": { "url": "https://coinrailz.com/mcp" } } }

For stdio-only clients (older Claude Desktop, etc.), bridge with mcp-remote:

# Add to claude_desktop_config.json { "mcpServers": { "coinrailz-com": { "command": "npx", "args": ["-y", "mcp-remote", "https://coinrailz.com/mcp"] } } }

If the server requires authentication, add the provider's token/header (e.g. an X-API-Key) per its docs. A quick reachability check:

curl -i -X POST https://coinrailz.com/mcp \ -H "Content-Type: application/json" -H "Accept: application/json, text/event-stream" \ -d '{"jsonrpc":"2.0","id":1,"method":"tools/list"}'

About MCP

The Model Context Protocol (MCP) is an open protocol Anthropic introduced for connecting LLM-based agents to external tools and data sources. Providers publish MCP servers that expose their API surface as structured, discoverable tools — an MCP-compatible client (Claude Desktop, Cursor, Cline, Continue, etc.) can connect to the server and call its tools without any per-provider integration code.

Browse every MCP server on the APIs.io network or compare with the broader Agent Skill surfaces of the same providers.

Work with this as data

Every MCP server here is available over the APIs.io API and to AI agents over MCP.
