Co-Legal operates ONE remote MCP server at https://agent.co-legal.be/mcp — the same Cloud Run host that serves its A2A agent card and JSON-RPC endpoint. It is POST-only Streamable HTTP (a GET returns 405 with a JSON-RPC error -32000 "Method Not Allowed: this MCP server offers no SSE stream; use POST."), negotiated MCP protocol version 2025-06-18 on initialize (the discovery pointer and the agent card's discovery extension both advertise 2025-11-25), identifies itself as serverInfo {name: colegal-legal-lookup, version: 1.27.9, websiteUrl: https://co-legal.be/agent}, and answers initialize and tools/list anonymously with TWELVE tools that each carry a real inputSchema (JSON Schema, titled *Arguments objects) and MCP tool annotations. Every tool declares readOnlyHint true, destructiveHint false, idempotentHint true and openWorldHint true — the server is a deterministic lookup layer over official public sources (KBO/BCE, VIES, Belgian and Dutch ECLI, EUR-Lex/CELEX, Justel, wetten.overheid.nl, the Flemish Tax Code, ECB reference rates) and its own initialize instructions say so. prompts/list and resources/list return empty arrays. Anonymous tools/list succeeded, so authorship is knowable: the tool names and descriptions are Co-Legal-specific and the same version string appears on the agent card and /health — a provider-built server, not a shared platform surface.
