Tools
search_catalog— Search for products from the online store. Accepts natural-language queries, filter criteria, or both; at least one of query or filters must be provided. Results are paginated via pagination.cursor. Conforms to the UCP catalog-search capability (dev.ucp.shopping.catalog.search).get_product_details— Look up a product by ID. Pass options to select a specific variant for the product card; without options the first available variant is returned. Supports country and language localisation.get_cart— Get a cart including line items, shipping options, discount info and the checkout URL for a given cart id (gid://shopify/Cart/...).update_cart— Consolidated cart mutation — add, update or remove line items, set buyer identity and delivery addresses, select delivery options, apply discount and gift-card codes, and set a cart note. Omitting cart_id creates a new cart, in which case add_items is required. Shipping options become available once items and a delivery address exist.search_shop_policies_and_faqs— Retrieve facts about the store's policies, products or services from a natural language question (return policy, shipping policy, contact details, hours).
About MCP
The Model Context Protocol (MCP) is an open protocol Anthropic introduced for connecting LLM-based agents to external tools and data sources. Providers publish MCP servers that expose their API surface as structured, discoverable tools — an MCP-compatible client (Claude Desktop, Cursor, Cline, Continue, etc.) can connect to the server and call its tools without any per-provider integration code.
Browse every MCP server on the APIs.io network or compare with the broader Agent Skill surfaces of the same providers.
