black-buffalo-mcp.yml
Black Buffalo serves TWO live MCP endpoints from its own storefront host, and — unlike most Shopify merchants profiled in this catalog — BOTH answer an anonymous JSON-RPC tools/list with HTTP 200 and full JSON Schema input contracts. The Shopify Storefront MCP server at /api/mcp returned five read/cart tools. The Universal Commerce Protocol MCP server at /api/ucp/mcp returned thirteen tools covering the entire catalog → cart → checkout → completed-order lifecycle, including complete_checkout. Only resources/list and prompts/list are gated behind a UCP agent profile URI.

About MCP
The Model Context Protocol (MCP) is an open protocol Anthropic introduced for connecting LLM-based agents to external tools and data sources. Providers publish MCP servers that expose their API surface as structured, discoverable tools — an MCP-compatible client (Claude Desktop, Cursor, Cline, Continue, etc.) can connect to the server and call its tools without any per-provider integration code.
Browse every MCP server on the APIs.io network or compare with the broader Agent Skill surfaces of the same providers.
