axonius-mcp.yml
Axonius announced the Axonius MCP Server on 2026-07-21 (blog + GlobeNewswire press release): it "translates natural language questions into Axonius Query Language (AQL) and returns live answers" across six asset categories, runs from a service account, and "is available to customers in early access". No public endpoint, install package, tool list or documentation page has been published — docs.axonius.com carries no MCP page as of 2026-09-18 — so the product server's deployment mode is recorded as unknown, not guessed. Separately, the ReadMe docs host answers the MCP Streamable HTTP protocol at https://docs.axonius.com/mcp (initialize -> serverInfo axonius-help-group 1.0.0, protocolVersion 2025-06-18) but tools/list returns an EMPTY tool array, so that endpoint is reachable and useless: it is the docs platform's MCP feature with nothing enabled, not the Axonius product server.

About MCP
The Model Context Protocol (MCP) is an open protocol Anthropic introduced for connecting LLM-based agents to external tools and data sources. Providers publish MCP servers that expose their API surface as structured, discoverable tools — an MCP-compatible client (Claude Desktop, Cursor, Cline, Continue, etc.) can connect to the server and call its tools without any per-provider integration code.
Browse every MCP server on the APIs.io network or compare with the broader Agent Skill surfaces of the same providers.
Work with this as data
Every MCP server here is available over the APIs.io API and to AI agents over MCP.
