Arthur Online publishes no MCP server. This is a CANDIDATE tool surface derived one-for-one from the Arthur API v2 operations, so an agent builder can stand up a local MCP server over the REST API. Every tool inherits its real input contract (path parameters, query parameters and request body) from the backing OpenAPI operation named in source_operation. No hosted Arthur MCP endpoint exists - do not treat server.url as live.
