Veradigm (formerly Allscripts Healthcare Solutions) ships NO MCP server - no hosted endpoint, no stdio package, no registry listing. Searches of the developer portal, npm and the MCP ecosystem on 2026-09-01 found only third-party generic FHIR MCP servers (wso2/fhir-mcp-server, flexpa/mcp-fhir and similar), none of them Veradigm-authored or Veradigm-endorsed. The tools below are a CANDIDATE surface derived from the interactions Veradigm's own live CapabilityStatement declares, so an implementer has a grounded starting point. No endpoint URL is invented anywhere in this file.
