worker	number	Worker who raised or is responsible for the NCR; resolves to the worker spine.
form_id	number	The source form template the NCR was captured on.
project	string	Project the NCR attaches to.
narrative	string	The non-conformance description and what was done, composed from the source responses Q&A; may be null when nothing is renderable.
form_title	string	The source form template's title — which tenant NCR template this is, and whether it is the quality or safety variant.
notifiable	boolean	whether this nonconformance meets a notification trigger in the contract that governs it (for example MRTS50 cl 10.2 (a) to (j)), so it must be notified to the principal. Optional: a nonconformance wi
external_id	string	Stable identity of the source NCR record (Assignar form-result id, cast to text).
occurred_at	string	When the non-conformance was submitted/occurred; the reporting clock.
creator_name	string	Display name of the submitting Assignar user (free text, not a resolved identity).
jurisdiction	jurisdiction	The WHS/quality regime whose notification and retention rules apply to this record.
modified_time	string	Source last-modified time; the delta-harvest cursor.
financial_period	string	The period the NCR falls in, derived from `occurred_at`; the axis retention is computed against.
