worker	number	Worker involved or submitting; resolves to the worker spine.
form_id	number	The source form template the incident was captured on.
project	number	Project the incident attaches to.
narrative	string	The incident description, composed from the source responses Q&A; may be null when nothing is renderable.
form_title	string	The source form template's title, i.e. which tenant incident template this is.
notifiable	boolean	whether this incident is notifiable: a death, a serious injury or illness, or a dangerous incident (model WHS Act ss 35-37; OHS Act 2004 (Vic) s 37; Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 (NZ) s 25). Opti

financial_period	string	The period the incident falls in, derived from `occurred_at`; the axis retention is computed against.
written_notice_required_at	string	when the regulator required written notice of this incident (model WHS Act s 38(4); Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 (NZ) s 56(3)(b)). Empty when none was required
