Name	Type	Description
worker	number	The worker who acknowledged the policy; the required subject anchor.
form_id	number	The source form template id — which policy-document form produced the record.
attributes	object	Every remaining form answer, keyed by the tenant's own question text.
form_title	string	Human-readable template title; the policy document the form belongs to.
external_id	string	Stable identity of the source record (Assignar form-result id, cast to text).
occurred_at	string	When the acknowledgement form was submitted; the event time and the retention clock.
acknowledged	boolean	Whether the worker's sign-off is present on the record.
evidence_ref	object	Reference to the signed form or attached evidence.
policy_version	string	The revision of the policy that was acknowledged.
financial_period	string	The accounting period the acknowledgement falls in, derived from `occurred_at`.
policy_reference	string	The policy/procedure identifier or code the form is about.
acknowledgement_method	string	How the acknowledgement was captured.
