Properties

Name	Type	Description
worker	number	The worker whose induction/onboarding this is; the required subject anchor.
form_id	number	The source form template id — which induction/onboarding form produced the record.
attributes	object	Every remaining form answer, keyed by the tenant's own question text, including the media/media-URL, vehicle-monitoring and one-off answers.
form_title	string	Human-readable template title; the form family the record came from.
approved_at	string	When the induction was approved, and by whom in `attributes`.
external_id	string	Stable identity of the source record (Assignar form-result id, cast to text).
occurred_at	string	When the induction/onboarding form was submitted; the event time and the retention clock.
acknowledgement	object	Whether and how the worker acknowledged the induction, plus a reference to the signed form or attachment.
approval_status	string	Whether the induction was accepted.
financial_period	string	The accounting period the record falls in, derived from `occurred_at`.
site_access_blocked	object	Whether an incomplete induction blocks site sign-in, and the stated reasons.
employment_start_date	string	Planned or actual start date for the onboarded worker.
induction_valid_until	string	Expiry or lapse date of the induction/card.
inducting_site_or_company	string	The site or company the induction was conducted for.
