review	object	A performance-review outcome where the record is a review rather than an onboarding form.
worker	number	The employee the record is about; the required subject anchor.
job_title	string	The employee's role title.
attributes	object	Every remaining form answer, keyed by the tenant's own question text.
start_date	string	The date the employment started; the accrual and retention start point.
external_id	string	Stable identity of the source record (Assignar form-result id, cast to text).
family_name	string	The employee's surname as recorded on the HR record.
given_names	string	The employee's given name(s), kept separate for cross-system name matching.
occurred_at	string	When the source record was submitted/modified; the event time and the retention clock start.
bank_account	object	The employee's pay destination.
contact_email	string	Work or personal email for the employee.
contact_phone	string	Contact phone number(s).
date_of_birth	string	The employee's date of birth.
leave_balance	object	The running leave balance the record must show.
engagement_type	string	Whether the engagement is permanent, temporary or otherwise.
employment_basis	string	Whether the engagement is full-time, part-time or casual.
financial_period	string	The accounting period the record falls in, derived from `occurred_at`.
termination_date	string	The date employment ended, for a former employee.
emergency_contact	object	Emergency contact name, relationship and number.
termination_reason	string	The manner in which employment ended.
residential_address	string	The employee's home address.
superannuation_fund	object	The nominated superannuation fund and the member identifier.
hours_worked_per_day	array	Hours worked each day in a pay period.
working_time_opt_out	object	The 48-hour opt-out agreement the employer must record for a UK worker.
tax_identifier_declaration	object	Whether the employee's tax-file-number declaration is held with the record.
superannuation_contribution	object	Contributions made for the employee in the period.
