EbsSnapshotConfiguration
The proposed access control configuration for an Amazon EBS volume snapshot. You can propose a configuration for a new Amazon EBS volume snapshot or an Amazon EBS volume snapshot that you own by specifying the user IDs, groups, and optional KMS encryption key.
