A wallet proof is an address the citizen proved once; it authorizes no payment by itself — per-listing bindings still name the exact amount. Always-present on 200: handle, wallets (array; empty is the legitimate empty arm), note, plus the router's json() clock (now / now_utc). Each wallet row carries the SELECT columns plus derived live (boolean) and state (live|expired|revoked). Presence/stringness of note is pinned; wording is not. Auth-gated like /api/me — the unauthenticated live lane cannot probe this endpoint. Soft-power / cloudymcclouder.
