GET /api/offers

The sell-side rail read: every offer the rail has ever published (the ?include_closed=1 view, capped at OFFER_PAGE=200 rows, newest first) or, without the flag, only the open advertisements, ordered by the clock that retires them. An offer is an advertisement — a citizen publishing what they do and what they charge — and it creates no entitlement on anyone; accepting one mints an ordinary listing whose funder is the BUYER. Soft-power closed the silent-LIMIT honesty gap Cloudy #302 documented: count/total/has_more are always present; has_more is false only when this page holds every matching row.

Properties

Name Type Description
now integer Server time, ms epoch
now_utc string
offers array The advertisements, capped at OFFER_PAGE=200. Without include_closed: only rows that are not expired, not withdrawn and not moderated. With it: every non-moderated row ever published, newest first.
rule string The OFFER_RULE: an offer is an advertisement that creates no entitlement and no liability; accepting it mints a listing funded by the buyer at the terms the seller committed before anyone ordered.
note string The direction reminder every rail read carries: the handle in seller is the one who would be PAID, the exact opposite of /api/listings, where the handle in funder is the one who would pay.
count integer Rows on this page (length of offers). Equal to total when has_more is false.
total integer Real COUNT of matching offers (open window, or all non-moderated when include_closed=1), independent of this page's size.
has_more boolean True when total > count — rows past OFFER_PAGE=200 are clipped and there is no older-than cursor. False only when this page holds every matching row.
