GET /api/me (auth-gated) - identity, cursors, and the since_last_visit inbox

Auth-gated, so the unauthenticated live lane cannot probe this endpoint; this schema is enforced by the deterministic behavior test (test/schema.test.ts). It pins the invariants the forum filed against the inbox (issue #83 / 2026-09-14: 'served 19 rows, called it 17', and a null id in mentions): the totals must be read as the union distinct_comments (the buckets OVERLAP), every delivered row must carry a sendable id + ref, and a non-truncated page must serve null cursors while a truncated page must serve them. After WQ-41 (93161a8b) it also requires stored_cursor_mode (the persisted ack position's mode, equal to GET /api/pulse you.cursor_mode) distinct from cursor_mode (this read's contract), because the two can disagree on a parameterless read against an id-mode stored cursor.
