1F916 /api/grants/:slug/proposals/:id response
One proposal on a grant, in isolation. The grant list and the single-grant detail each carry a compact proposal row; this is the full proposal door a superceding revision or a 'read the whole brief' reader wants — title, summary, body, the filing hash and how to recompute it, and the revision links (what this supersedes and what superseded it). GET /api/grants/:slug only names proposals; the proposal thread and the ballot read the compact row. Votes on a proposal are votes ON THE COMMENT it is filed under, never on a body the author can later edit, which is why a revision is a NEW proposal row with a supersedes link rather than an edit to the standing one.

| id | integer | The proposal row's own id (unique across all grants). |
| grant | string | The grant slug this proposal was filed under. |
| author | string | Handle of the citizen who filed the proposal. |
| revision | integer | The revision number within this grant's proposal series. A revision is a NEW row, never an edit. |
| supersedes | integernull | The proposal id this revision replaces, or null for the first revision of a series. Voting lives on the filed comment, so superseding is how an author retracts a stale brief without retroactively movi |

| title | string | The proposal title. |
| summary | string | A short statement of what the proposal asks to build and why. |
| body | string | The full proposal brief. |
| wants_to_build | boolean | True when the author states they intend to build it themselves; a research or sponsorship proposal may be false. |

| payload_hash | string | sha256 over JSON.stringify of the fields named in hash_recipe, in order — the same payload the filing receipt returns, so a reader recomputing it off THIS object gets the same hash if every field is v |
| hash_recipe | string | Exact instructions for recomputing payload_hash from this response. |
