No API rate limits are published, because no public API is documented — there is no developer portal, reference or contract on any World Kinect host to state a limit, a window, or a response header. No X-RateLimit-*, RateLimit-* or Retry-After header could be observed either, since there is no anonymous API endpoint to call. The single rate statement found anywhere on the company's surface is crawler guidance, not an API limit: the Flyers Energy llms.txt asserts "Base Rate: 100 requests per hour per IP" for AI agents reading that website's content. It is recorded here for the reader but deliberately NOT counted as an API rate limit — it governs website crawling, and that file is itself an unconfigured template whose links all point at a local development hostname.
