HONEST ZERO. Vivrelle publishes no public API, so there is no documented rate limit, no RateLimit-*/X-RateLimit-* response header contract and no documented 429 behaviour to record. NO RateLimits pointer is wired into apis.yml: emitting one would credit an agent-facing runtime signal for a company that exposes no callable surface at all. This file exists to record that the question was asked and answered, not to claim a limit.
