Zero because Veratech publishes no public API to rate-limit, not because published limits were missed. Contract discovery (2026-09-02) found no REST/OpenAPI, GraphQL, MCP or SOAP surface on any Veratech-controlled host. LinkEHR Integration is a customer-deployed integration engine — it runs inside the buyer's own estate against their JDBC data sources, so any throughput ceiling is a property of that deployment and of the commercial agreement, and there is nothing for a public rate-limit contract to describe. The public web tools (openehr2fhir.veratech.es, snquery.veratech.es, nerplus.veratech.es) are browser applications with no documented programmatic entry point and publish no limits. NO `RateLimits` pointer is emitted in apis.yml: this file records an absence, and a pointer would assert a runtime signal the provider does not serve.

Every rate limit here is available over the APIs.io API and to AI agents over MCP.
