Tutorial/blog post showing how users can configure their own rate limiting in Varnish VCL with the vsthrottle VMOD on Upsun (e.g. example values like 30 requests per 15s, 5 POST/PUT per 10s). These are illustrative user-defined configuration examples, not rate limits imposed by Upsun's API, so no provider limits are catalogued. The examples return HTTP 429 synth responses; no rate-limit response headers are documented.
