Ucd Rate Limits
University College Dublin publishes no rate-limit table at all, because it runs no API programme. The one keyless institution-operated interface — the OAI-PMH 2.0 endpoint at https://researchrepository.ucd.ie/server/oai/request — advertises no quota, no X-RateLimit headers and no Retry-After; it does apply OAI-PMH flow control, returning a resumptionToken with completeListSize 17167 and a 100-record page on ListIdentifiers (observed 2026-08-30), which is pagination rather than a rate limit. Harvest politely and contact research.repository@ucd.ie for bulk access. The IIIF endpoints cited in the 2026-06-03 version of this file no longer exist; the UCD Digital Library platform was decommissioned and digital.ucd.ie now serves static data files.

An exhausted limit returns HTTP 429.
