Trolie Rate Limits
Trolie Rate Limits is the rate-limit profile for TROLIE on the APIs.io network.
The provider publishes no rate limits that could be read; the profile records that absence rather than inventing a ceiling.
Limit state is signalled in the X-RateLimit-Limit, X-RateLimit-Remaining, X-RateLimit-Reset, and Retry-After response headers.
Tagged areas include Company, Energy, Electric Grid, Transmission, and Open Standards.

Limits
TROLIE publishes no rate limits that could be read; the profile records that absence rather than inventing a ceiling.
The specification publishes no numeric limits (it is an open standard; each implementing RC/TP sets its own). It does define the rate-limit signaling: every response carries X-RateLimit-Limit ("The number of allowed requests in the current period"), X-RateLimit-Remaining and X-RateLimit-Reset ("The number of seconds left in the current period"), and the 429 response ("Too many requests (rate limiting)") adds Retry-After (components/headers and components/responses/429-empty in openapi/trolie-openapi.yml).
