Policies

Free Trial accounts are limited to approximately 100 messages per minute per client_id and capped at the trial message allowance.
Production limits are negotiated as part of the commercial agreement and tuned to the customer's expected sending profile.
Token issuance is rate limited; clients should cache the bearer token for the full expires_in window (~3599 seconds).
Status polling is rate limited; prefer push-based notifyURL callbacks over polling.
