Tecost publishes no rate limits that could be read; the profile records that absence rather than inventing a ceiling.
No rate limits are documented, because no public API is documented. Tecost SA publishes no developer portal, no API reference and no machine-readable contract, so there is no runtime signal — no X-RateLimit-*, no RateLimit-*, no Retry-After — to record. Nothing could be observed on a live response either: the Carefolio product host answers 403 to anonymous requests and tenant instances redirect to Microsoft Entra ID sign-in. An honest zero.
