Superpower Health Rate Limits

Superpower does not publish a public or partner developer API, so there are no documented API rate limits, quotas, or throttling policies to reconcile. Member-facing constraints are product limits rather than API limits: the base membership includes one comprehensive blood draw per year, and any inbound wearable data sync is governed by the upstream provider (Superpower is reported to use the third-party Vital aggregator) and that provider's own limits, not a Superpower-published API contract.
