Limit state is signalled in the rate_limit_headers_returned, observed_response_headers, absent, and exhaustion_status_code response headers.

Limits

StoryTap publishes no rate limits that could be read; the profile records that absence rather than inventing a ceiling.
StoryTap documents no rate limits anywhere — there is no developer portal, no API reference and no pricing page readable to attach quotas to (see plans/storytap-plans-pricing.yml, which is password-gated). The only reachable API surface, the widget API at api.storytap.com, returns no rate-limit signalling headers of any kind, so an integrator or agent has no runtime way to learn its budget or back off correctly. No limits were induced: this pipeline does not probe for throttling by flooding a provider. An honest zero.
