Stepful publishes no rate limits that could be read; the profile records that absence rather than inventing a ceiling.
An honest zero. Stepful publishes no API, no developer documentation and no rate-limit policy, so there is no published limit, window, burst, exhaustion status code or RateLimit-* / X-RateLimit-* / Retry-After header to record. No unauthenticated Stepful API response was observable to probe headers from either — classroom.stepful.com and admin.stepful.com return HTML sign-in pages, and www.stepful.com is a static Webflow site behind Cloudflare. The one rate-limited API surface reachable on a stepful.com hostname belongs to Converge (c.stepful.com) and is not Stepful's to be credited or debited for.
