SpotDraft does not publish a numerical rate-limit table in its public docs. The Public API is gated per Client ID/Secret pair issued from Developer Settings, and limits are negotiated per contract for Enterprise customers. Throttling follows the conventional 429 Too Many Requests response with Retry-After. This file documents what is known and observable.
