Site24x7 REST API (v2.0) rate limiting policies covering OAuth 2.0 token generation, per-resource API call caps, and tracing throughput. Rate limits apply per client ID and per account. Exceeding limits returns HTTP 429 Too Many Requests.

Access tokens expire after 3,600 seconds (1 hour). Use the refresh token to obtain a new access token without re-authentication.
