Sift Com Rate Limits

Published rate limits for the Sift Events, Score, Decisions, and Workflow APIs. Limits are documented at developers.sift.com/docs/curl/api-overview and apply per Sift account. Sift returns HTTP 200 with an internal status of 60 (or HTTP 429) when limits are exceeded.
