Limits

Serchen publishes no rate limits that could be read; the profile records that absence rather than inventing a ceiling.
Serchen publishes no public API, so there is no rate-limit surface to document. No developer portal, API reference, or machine-readable contract was found on any Serchen host (see x-coverage in apis.yml). The only access-control signal the provider publishes for machines is robots.txt, which disallows /api/, /admin/ and /r/ and blocks nine named AI crawlers outright. NO RateLimits pointer is wired into apis.yml, because an honest zero must not be scored as a published limit.
