Not applicable, and recorded as such rather than omitted. The Sensel API is a local C library speaking to a USB/serial device; there is no server, no key, no quota and therefore no rate limiting and no rate-limit response headers. The nearest published throughput control is a device-side frame-rate ceiling the caller sets itself — senselSetMaxFrameRate() / senselGetMaxFrameRate() alongside senselSetScanMode() and senselSetScanDetail() — which governs how fast the sensor scans, not how often a client may call.
