Rainbow publishes no rate limits that could be read; the profile records that absence rather than inventing a ceiling.
An honest zero. Rainbow (formerly Riverse) publishes no API, so there are no rate limits to record and no runtime rate-limit headers to observe. Every one of the 163 documentation pages indexed in the docs llms.txt was checked for an API/developer/integration section and none exists; the only acknowledgement anywhere on the public surface that an API connection is even possible is one line on the Fees page ("Rainbow does not charge additional costs for retirement, transfers or API connections"). Because limit_count is 0 and nothing is published, NO RateLimits pointer is emitted in apis.yml — recording an artifact that documents an absence must not be scored as a presence.
