Reonomy Rate Limits

Reonomy does not publish public, numeric API rate limits. Documented constraints are functional batch limits rather than per-minute quotas: the bulk property endpoint accepts up to 250 property IDs per request, and search responses are paginated via a search_token. Any account-level request quotas are governed by the customer's enterprise agreement and are not published. Specific numeric limits are not reconciled in this artifact.

Reonomy Rate Limits is the machine-readable rate-limit profile for Reonomy on the APIs.io network, conforming to the API Commons Rate Limits specification.

It captures 3 rate-limit definitions, measuring property_ids, items, and requests.

The profile also includes 2 backoff/retry policies defined and response codes documented for throttled.

Tagged areas include Commercial Real Estate, Property Data, Property Intelligence, Ownership, and Skip Trace.

Policies

Token Pagination
Search uses an opaque search_token rather than offset paging; pass it back to continue a result set.
Backoff Strategy
Clients should implement exponential backoff with jitter and honor Retry-After on 429 responses.
